Quinone-based Single-Molecule Magnets
This project aims at the investigation of mono and polynuclear quinone-based transition metal complexes with respect to their possible applications as single-molecule magnets. For this purpose, various state-of-the-art analytical methods like high-frequency paramagnetic resonance (HFEPR), magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) or SQUID magnetometry are used.
