Investigation of Solution Deposited Organic Molecules
The aim is to investigate solution process methods for the deposition of the organic semiconductor 2,9-didecyldinaphtho[2,3-b:2',3'-f]thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (C10DNTT) and the organic radical Blatter-pyr. The thin films are prepared by spin coating, drop casting, and evaporation. Conductivity measurements, EPR spectroscopy, and XPS are used to characterize their electrical and magnetic properties, and AFM is used to investigate their morphology.
